This Arrowmax am-210039 silicone shock fluid is provided in a 110ml bottle and marked at 450cst viscosity. It is designed for filling and servicing the shock absorbers used on electric and nitro RC cars, allowing damping adjustments by choosing different oil weights.
Service is straightforward for experienced hobbyists: detach the shock, drain existing fluid, inspect seals and shafts for damage, then refill the correct amount while minimising air. Use appropriate shock rebuild tools and spare parts; do not force components that do not seat easily.
Using 450cst usually increases damping compared with lower-viscosity oils and will influence compression and rebound rates. Modify spring rates or preload as needed and trial the changes on a surface that reflects your usual driving conditions. Follow manufacturer guidance for shock capacity and spring pairing for your chassis.
