Rigid 23T Aluminium Servo Horn for Kyosho Models

This aluminium servo arm is an RC-scale replacement designed for Kyosho motorcycle servos that use the 23T (C9) spline. Compared with standard plastic horns, the aluminium construction increases rigidity and creates a firmer mounting point between the servo output and control linkage on scale bikes.

Check that your servo uses the 23T (C9) spline prior to installing. To fit, remove the factory horn, line up the 23T spline with the servo output, secure with the servo retaining screw, and attach the linkage. Use the original servo hardware and apply moderate torque to protect the spline teeth.

From a tuning perspective, the aluminium arm reduces movement under load and helps preserve consistent steering and throttle responses. It is beneficial when you want crisper control or consistent linkage geometry while dialling in steering centring or throttle return. Remember that the stiffer arm can increase load on the servo, so match it with an appropriate torque-rated servo.

Compatibility depends on the spline. This arm is for the 23T (C9) spline only, so confirm your servo uses that pattern.
Aluminium itself will not damage the servo, but the reduced flex can transfer higher loads. Ensure the servo has sufficient torque and avoid harsh impacts.
Yes, it uses the same linkage mounting pattern as typical servo horns. Use your existing linkage hardware for a direct fit.
