This Yokomo YOKBDS103 3 hole piston is an RC-scale damper part intended for use inside shock bodies to alter oil flow and damping behaviour. The 1mm three-hole pattern offers a specific bleed characteristic useful when refining mid-to-high speed damper response during setup.

Fitting guidance: slide the piston onto the shock shaft so it moves freely, align the hole pattern consistently across front and rear dampers, and pair the piston with compatible shock oil and seals. This is an economical way to change hydraulic response without replacing full shock units.

Setup tip: the three-hole configuration gives a distinct flow profile versus single- or two-hole pistons, affecting both compression and rebound. Evaluate changes in small steps to achieve predictable handling from lap to lap.
