Product summary — Futaba 6EXAP_c10

The Futaba 6EXAP_c10 is a six-channel PCM flight transmitter engineered for scale airplane and helicopter control using compatible 35MHz R146IP receivers. The control layout groups essential flight switches and programming buttons so pilots can manage dual rates, trims, flaps and throttle safety without swapping devices.

A dedicated dual rate switch lets the pilot choose between two travel presets for aileron, elevator and rudder, and can also toggle programmed exponential curves. The flap dial is assigned to channel 6 while the retractable gear switch is assigned to channel 5, simplifying subsystem control when servos are connected to matching receiver channels.

Ergonomic cockpit-style controls include full trim levers per axis, a throttle-cut for engine shutoff, a trainer switch for instructor-led sessions and a charging jack for the included charger. The LCD screen with MODE and SELECT buttons displays menu parameters and the DATA INPUT lever steps through numerical entries during setup.

For reliable range during flight operations extend the antenna fully and avoid routing it near metal objects. The transmitter mounts sticks in conventional aileron and elevator positions and includes a neck-strap anchor point to ease fatigue during long flying sessions.

Specifications
