Tensioner assembly for precise belt control

The Z4-BTS belt tensioner set provides a compact RC accessory for the YZ-4 platform to control belt preload and allow fine adjustment of idler placement. The holder is CNC-machined from aluminum and features a beveled profile to minimise contact with surrounding transmission components.

Included are two screws with differing offsets to select the correct bearing position for front or rear mounting, plus a spacer to shift the bearing when required. Fit the screw appropriate to the chosen axle location and always confirm belt tension after setup to avoid slippage or excess load.

Fitting is aimed at experienced modders: remove the stock idler, fit the aluminum holder, select the matching offset screw, add the spacer if needed, then perform a brief test to check belt alignment. This part is intended for tuning adjustments rather than changing core drivetrain geometry.
