Low-Profile Aluminum Bracket for DIB

This low-profile servo mount is crafted from aluminum and finished in gun metal, tailored for DIB configurations. It shortens the servo stack and repositions the unit to free up internal space without altering the fundamental chassis geometry.

Installation is carried out using the existing DIB mounting points and replaces the stock bracket. Before final assembly, confirm servo case size and horn clearance to ensure unobstructed linkage movement and avoid component interference.

When tuning, the bracket is useful for tightening up linkage angles and improving internal packaging, particularly in setups where electronic components must be clustered tightly.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Being machined from aluminum, the bracket withstands routine loads and vibrations typical in touring applications. Check mounting screws periodically for tightness after initial running.
The finish is chosen for durability and a subdued appearance; normal care and avoiding harsh impacts will keep the appearance intact. If you operate in wet conditions, dry and inspect parts after use.
No special maintenance is needed beyond routine checks: verify screws remain tight and that there is no debris restricting servo horn travel.
Aluminum can increase local mass slightly but offers improved rigidity and a more compact profile; the tradeoff is often beneficial where durability and neat packaging are priorities.
