Rear radial tyre for RC18T setups

These rear radial tyres are built as replacement tyres for Associated RC 18T cars and compatible touring chassis. The construction uses a standard rubber compound paired with a 40 degree insert so you can dial in rear grip and handling without altering suspension geometry.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the wheel from the hub, take out any existing foam or insert, push the supplied insert into the tyre, bond the tyre to the rim with suitable adhesive and refit the wheel. Allow the glue to cure fully before using the car.

On-track role: fitted to the rear, the radial casing and insert angle influence slip onset and side bite. Expect to tune rear behaviour primarily by trying different insert seating and tyre tension rather than big electronic or suspension changes.
