This set supplies two front radial rubber tyres compatible with the Associated RC18T. The cavity is matched to a 40 degree foam insert so the rubber tread works with the insert to stabilise the contact area and keep steering input consistent during cornering. Intended for front use on the named chassis only.

To install, seat the foam insert inside the tyre before mounting, ensure the bead seats all the way around, and use tyre cement where necessary. Check for interference with steering arms and suspension movement; minor trimming of either the bead or insert can resolve rubbing at the hub or body mount.

In handling terms these front radials sharpen early steering bite and affect mid-corner balance. Tuning is simple: change insert stiffness or swap tyre positions left-to-right to refine turn-in and transient response without altering spring or damper settings.
