Titanium 54T Main Gear for RC18T Fitment

The TAR054TA supplies a 54-tooth titanium main gear intended for use on Associated RC18T vehicles and includes an alloy adaptor to suit the gearbox input. The titanium element gives enhanced surface hardness while the alloy adaptor helps preserve accurate mesh geometry.

This part is compatible only with the Associated RC18T series; check your chassis documentation prior to fitting. Fitting calls for access to the gearbox, common hand tools, and basic knowledge of backlash and gear mesh to prevent extra wear to the pinion and geartrain.

Designed for on-track ratio tuning, use incremental tooth changes to refine acceleration and top speed balance. After installation, inspect mesh, check for runout, and confirm motor pinion alignment before running at full power.
