Happy with the Yeti parts I've received so far. Excellent customer service! Haven't gotten the speedy delivery that others claim.

Yes, seals and bearings from the original gearbox typically transfer across, but inspect them and replace worn parts during installation.

Will it change gear noise or vibration?
