This assembly is an aftermarket steering linkage for the Axial Racing Yeti XL, combining a spring steel anti-thread tie rod with an aluminium servo horn designed for 24T spline output shafts. It strengthens the steering link where thread wear or stripping is a frequent failure and gives a more positive connection between the servo and steering mechanism.

Application: spring steel construction helps resist thread deformation from repeated impacts, while the aluminium servo horn replaces softer plastic interfaces at the servo spline to improve stiffness and consistent steering response. Ideal for pilots tuning steering precision or replacing ageing steering components on Yeti XL machines.

Installation advice: verify your servo uses a 24T spline before installing, centre the servo before clamping the horn to avoid steering offset, and confirm full travel of the linkage through suspension movement. Tighten fasteners to recommended torque to protect spline and rod ends.
