This aluminium transmission supporting mount is an aftermarket replacement made to increase drivetrain rigidity on AXIAL Racing SCX10 II models. The 3-piece kit fits around the gearbox to limit flex and assist in holding proper gear mesh while crawling and negotiating rough terrain.
Installation involves removing transmission covers for access, fastening each mount with the supplied stainless steel screws, and confirming driveline clearance once installed. The mount works with existing gearbox parts and does not alter gear ratios or motor fitment.
It is especially useful on rigs fitted with heavier scale accessories or tightened chassis setups, helping the transmission remain stable under torque and suspension movement without affecting electronics placement.
