25mm aluminium wheel hex extenders

These wheel hex extenders increase axle track by 25mm on Axial SCX10 II vehicles while retaining a compact footprint. They are made to accept wheels with a 5mm hub opening and pair with a 4mm threaded wheel shaft so you can use wheels that meet those dimensions.

The retention system combines sealing and spring elements: an O-ring on one side and, on the other side, a spring steel retaining ring, a spring plus washers, and a stainless screw that compresses the stack. A Delrin locating collar inside the hex positions the wheel and helps prevent slippage under typical low-speed crawling torque.

Use the adapters to widen stance for more lateral stability on technical trails. Before installing, verify axle thread pitch and wheel hub size, make sure the retaining screw and spring hardware are correctly seated, and confirm the Delrin collar centers the wheel to avoid runout.

Are these compatible with beadlock wheels?

Compatibility depends on the wheel's centre hole and hub construction; if the beadlock wheel has a 5mm hub hole and mounts on a 4mm threaded shaft it can work with these adapters.

Check wheel hub diameter, thread size, and that the O-ring and retaining ring are correctly placed before tightening the stainless screw to achieve proper compression.
