This replacement center gear box mount is machined from solid brass for use on AXIAL SCX30 platform models. Supplied as an 18g billet intended to take the place of the factory part AXI-3311 and mount at the chassis centerline where the gearbox connects. It is designed specifically for 1/30 scale crawlers.

The primary benefit of the part is concentrated mass at the centre of the chassis, which can help improve rear/front traction balance and boost low-speed climbing performance on technical terrain. The included hardware set matches common thread sizes used on SCX30 assemblies for a direct swap with the OEM mounting points.

Installation guidance: remove the original center mount, position the brass plate on the same screw bosses, and fit the supplied round head screws. Use an appropriate hex driver and hand-tighten to seat, then complete final tightening cautiously to avoid damaging the small threads. Verify suspension and driveshaft clearance before running the model hard.
