Replacement pinion for SCX6 vehicles

This direct-fit motor pinion is designed for use with the AXIAL SCX6 JEEP JLU WRANGLER platform. Constructed from high carbon steel, the part comes as a compact kit that secures onto the motor shaft to drive the vehicle transmission.

Key dimensions are 11 teeth, a 5mm centre hole, and a 1mm tooth pitch. The kit includes a 4x4 screw shaft to fasten the pinion to the motor. Always verify bore and pitch compatibility with your motor and spur to ensure correct gear mesh and smooth drivetrain operation.

Packing includes

  • Pinion Gear - 1pcs
  • 4*4 Screw Shaft - 1pcs

Original Name / Part No:

ARA310961

Compatible Models

  • 1/6 4WD SCX6 JEEP JLU WRANGLER-AXI05000
It will work if the motor shaft bore is 5mm and the 1mm pitch matches your spur; verify shaft size and check motor set screws for secure attachment.
Use a light gear oil or grease suitable for steel gears and avoid excessive lubricant that can attract dirt into the mesh.
Set pinion and spur, apply a thin coating of gear marking compound or a smear of grease, rotate to check contact pattern, then adjust until a centred mesh is achieved.
