This aluminium upper chassis link set is designed for AXIAL SMT10 vehicles and supplied as a matched front and rear pair to support chassis maintenance and tuning. It replaces the stock plastic links to provide a firmer, more predictable mounting point for suspension geometry changes.
The metal links help preserve camber and roll centre under load, which makes them useful for dialling in handling on Yeti and SMT10 Monster Jam kits listed below. The focus is on repeatable alignment and lower flex compared to standard non-metal components.
Installation is suitable for modest hobby workshops and uses standard fasteners plus a 3mm lock nut where required. Do not over-torque into composite or alloy mating points and apply a thread locking compound on steel-to-aluminium joints when finalising the assembly.
Included small hardware from the original packing is supplied to fit the links; confirm all items before fitting and reuse any existing spacers or washers from your chassis where appropriate.
