Robust Aluminum Steering Link for Wraith Chassis

This aluminium steering linkage is a purpose-built RC part for Axial Wraith chassis and similar Wraith-style arrangements. It swaps in for weaker plastic or thin steel links to offer improved durability and steadier steering feedback as an aftermarket component.

Material and role: fabricated from aluminum alloy, the link increases rigidity within the steering system, helping the model hold toe and track under load and providing more consistent behavior when adjusting steering settings.

Installation notes: the unit mounts between steering knuckles and the servo saver or bellcrank where threaded rod ends are used; retain original hardware thread engagement to prevent strip or over-tightening. Verify thread direction and clearance for lock nuts and check full suspension movement after installation.

Tuning guidance: make incremental length changes when tuning toe or Ackerman, then verify toe readings. Because stiffer links pass more input to the knuckles, match this part with a steady centring servo and compatible turnbuckle ends.

Compatibility and finish: built for Axial Wraith platforms and common Wraith link layouts, it comes in Black, Green, Orange, Red, Silver, and Gun Metal so you can coordinate or contrast with your rig.

Aluminum resists flexing compared with plastic, reducing repeated movement that can wear link ends; still, inspect rod ends and threads periodically and replace worn hardware as part of routine maintenance.
If your current rod ends and threads match the linkage, no change is required. If they differ, source compatible turnbuckle ends or adapters; sellers sometimes list whether hardware is included.
