This is an alloy front and rear axle housing offered as a 1set replacement for the Axial Racing Wraith, model WR012. It swaps the factory plastic housings for a metal option aimed at sturdier wheel hubs and more predictable axle placement during scale crawling sessions.

Installation notes: the housing installs where the original plastic housings sit and is compatible with the existing fasteners and axle assemblies from the Wraith drivetrain. After install, double-check axle shaft alignment and pinion to spur mesh, and torque hex screws to the chassis maker's recommended settings. If you use larger wheel hexes or custom C-hubs, confirm all clearances before finalising the build.

Tuning role: fitting an alloy housing increases rigidity at the hub ends which reduces flex under load and alters weight transfer through tyres and suspension. Expect a firmer feel on steep lines and consider small suspension tweaks to rebalance handling if necessary.
