This single-piece rear main drive shaft is made for the Axial Racing Yeti platform and supplied as GPM YT237A. The design uses an aluminium shaft section to cut rotating mass together with a hardened steel joint where torque loading is highest.

Reducing rotating weight can sharpen throttle response and improve acceleration feel on both trails and short-track runs, while the steel joint maintains wear resistance at the coupling. Stainless steel mounting screws are provided for assembly security.

Fitment guidance: remove factory retaining hardware, slide the replacement shaft into the gearbox and wheel hubs, check spline engagement and alignment, then tighten the supplied screws to your recommended torque. Inspect universal joints after the first outings and adjust as required.
