This aluminium rear cage mount is an aftermarket replacement designed to suit the Axial Racing Yeti chassis, intended to restore or strengthen the rear cage fixing points on the rock racer. Fitment is direct where the chassis rails and mounting bushings match the Yeti layout.

The mount provides a stiff connection between the rear cage and the chassis rails to limit movement under load and preserve body mount alignment during aggressive driving. Choosing aluminium increases resistance to wear and helps the mount hold its position after impacts compared with standard plastic parts.

Fitting is simple for those familiar with RC assembly: remove the old rear cage mount hardware, trial the aluminium piece to check hole alignment, then fasten with the original screws or matching replacements.
