Reinforcement for Rear Lower Chassis

This aluminium rear lower chassis stiffener is a scale accessory developed for the Axial Yeti XL chassis to reduce flex in the lower rear plate and improve structural integrity. It is intended as a direct reinforcement for off-road and trail driving on the Axial Yeti XL platform.

Fitting is straightforward for those used to Yeti XL assembly: remove the stock lower rear plate, seat the stiffener over the factory holes, and secure with the original fasteners. There is no need to alter the motor, ESC, or gearbox; compatibility depends on matching the Axial Yeti XL lower chassis layout.

In tuning terms the stiffener modifies rear chassis behaviour under load. You should see reduced twist and a firmer rear end during crawls, which will change suspension feedback and may prompt adjustments to shock or spring rates.
