Rear arm mounting plate compatible with BD7 and BD5

A blue anodized aluminum front suspension mount designed to sit on the rear side of the suspension assembly for Yokomo BD-series touring cars. As an aftermarket accessory, it alters the location of the rear suspension arm pins and provides a removable mounting point for rear geometry adjustments.

Fitted left and right suspension arm pin pitch measures 47.1mm. With the standard front suspension mount positioned at the front location, the rear suspension arm pin angle is approximately 3.5 degrees. The part can be used as a direct-fit replacement to preserve stock geometry or swapped with other pitch options to change pin angle for tuning.

Mounting is straightforward and uses the same fixing points as the BD-series arm mounts. Remember that changing pin pitch will shift roll center and rear toe, so make measured adjustments and evaluate handling on track.

Compatibility

  • Yokomo BD7
  • Yokomo BD5

Yes. This unit replaces the original rear-side front suspension mount and lines up with BD5 arm pin mounting positions.
The 47.1mm pitch produces about 3.5 degrees of rear arm pin angle with a standard front mount, which alters the roll center and can change rear grip behaviour.
Yes. Changing to alternate pitch mounts modifies pin angle without replacing the suspension arm itself.
