The Yokomo BL-EP6C is supplied as the factory replacement capacitor designed specifically for the BL-EP6 speed controller, making it suitable for maintenance and repair of RC-scale ESCs. As the same capacitor type included with the EP6, it provides a straightforward replacement path.

Its primary role is to reestablish the original electrical filtering and transient handling in the ESC. When capacitors age they can lose effectiveness, and fitting a fresh BL-EP6C helps maintain consistent performance during abrupt throttle changes and tuning sessions with brushless motors.

Fitting is component-level: remove the discharged unit while observing safe handling of power circuits, then fit and solder the BL-EP6C in place. After installation check solder joints and mounting security; no extra motor or chassis tuning is typically required.
