Service Shells and Installation Notes

This replacement shell set fits Futaba BLS152 servos and is supplied as upper and lower housings for service work. The package excludes a heatsink and is intended as a direct housing swap during maintenance or rebuilds.

During rebuild: remove the original shells, transfer the PCB, gear train, bearings, and output gear into the new upper and lower parts, then reassemble while checking gear mesh and endplay. The item is a mechanical enclosure only and will not alter the servo electronics or provide thermal control unless a heatsink is fitted.

Fitment tips: mark internal component orientation prior to removal, keep all seals and shims in place, and verify travel and neutral centring at low voltage after reassembly. This part is intended for repair, chassis restoration, and maintenance on compatible BLS152 servos.
