Slimline conversion for B-Max4III

The Yokomo YOKB4-LWS offers a light weight conversion for the B-Max4III touring chassis, aimed at lowering rotating and suspended mass to help setups feel more immediate.

Focus for this upgrade is on reducing weight and refining balance rather than altering suspension geometry or changing drivetrain ratios. The kit swaps out selected stock items for lighter alternatives and uses the existing B-Max4III mounting points, keeping compatibility with common 1/10 servos, ESCs, and motors.

On-track the chassis will respond faster to inputs; plan modest adjustments to anti-roll bars, damping, and roll stiffness to retune balance after installation. This is an aftermarket tuning item intended for configuration testing and setup comparison.

The kit replaces heavier stock items with lighter parts designed for reduced mass; materials are chosen for a balance of lightness and track durability.
While optimised to be lighter, the components are intended for tuning and testing; they perform well under normal track conditions but should be inspected regularly for wear.
Yes, many of the conversion parts are direct replacements for stock items and can be swapped back to original components if required.
Maintenance frequency depends on driving conditions; lighter parts may need closer inspection after heavy sessions, so include them in routine checks.
