Purpose-built graphite link for YZ-4S setups

Designed for 1/10 scale YZ-4S touring car configurations, this graphite center link serves as an aftermarket suspension tuning item and is not suitable for full-size applications. The link incorporates three distinct tie rod positions so crews can tune the Ackermann relationship without altering steering blocks or uprights.

To install, remove the original center link and refit this part using the existing steering linkage fasteners; confirm steering clearance at each pivot setting before tightening. Graphite is a lightweight but brittle material, so handle carefully and avoid excessive clamp loads on the hardware.

Setup guidance: inner pivot holes typically raise inner wheel steering angle for quicker turn-in, while outer holes reduce that angle for more stable exit. Evaluate any Ackermann changes in combination with toe and servo endpoint settings to maintain consistent steering response.

Compatible Models

  • YZ-4S
  • B-YZ4SF
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Graphite offers better stiffness and can hold geometry under load better than some stock plastics, but it is less impact-tolerant. It improves handling consistency but requires careful inspection after heavy impacts.
Choosing an inner pivot increases inside wheel angle and quickens turn-in, which helps rotation. Outer pivots lower inner wheel angle for a more planted exit. Test changes incrementally to tune overall balance.
Not usually. Most installations use theexisting steering hardware. After changing pivot position, recheck servo endpoints and toe to ensure steering geometry remains predictable.
