This Hirobo carburettor lever collar is supplied as a replacement component intended for the GPH 346 helicopter linkage. It serves as a small but critical interface on the throttle lever, securing linkage pins and helping keep the lever-to-servo geometry consistent under use.
The design allows for direct replacement to keep throttle travel and alignment unchanged. When replacing a worn collar, clean the mating surfaces and check for any deformation; then fit the collar by pressing it home or fastening it with the same hardware method originally used on the model.
In setup and tuning the collar supports repeatable throttle response by eliminating slack in the linkage path, which is particularly valuable when trimming idle and mid-range throttle. Always verify neutral and travel at the transmitter, and perform a bench engine or idle check before returning the model to service.
