19mm ringless aluminium roller M4WD-32/GO - gold anodised

The M4WD-32/GO is a 19mm ringless aluminium ball-race roller plated in gold. Its ringless edge trims external lip contact for narrower guide setups while the aluminium body increases stiffness compared to standard plastic rollers. Internal ball elements are used to reduce spinning resistance.

Fitment aligns with common 19mm mounting points on Mini 4WD machines. Install using the correct 3mm or 4mm roller shafts and tailor spacers to avoid lateral play and to stop the roller binding on the stay. It is intended as an aftermarket accessory for chassis families where 19mm rollers are used such as MA, MS, AR, FM-A and Super-II.

The anodised gold surface gives a uniform display look and helps hide light marks from handling, making it a sensible pick for display models as well as tuned race cars. Note that no motor, gearset or chassis components are supplied.

Standard Mini 4WD roller shafts of 3mm or 4mm are supported. Use matching bushings or thin washers to centre the roller and prevent movement during runs.
Ringless rollers reduce lateral contact area which can help on tight guides, but always test clearance under compression and lateral load to ensure no rubbing occurs.
They fit where 19mm rollers are specified. For older or modified chassis, measure mount spacing and shaft length to confirm compatibility before committing to installation.
Use a light, low-viscosity bearing oil intended for Mini 4WD to preserve free spin. Avoid heavy lubes that attract dust which can increase wear.
This sale covers the roller unit only. Check the product details for included items and prepare any additional shafts, spacers or washers required for your particular chassis.
