39mm two-piece CVD overview

The 39mm double-section CVD is a 1/10-scale replacement designed for TAMIYA XV-series drivetrains. Manufactured from 4140 carbon steel, the two-piece constant velocity assembly preserves torque transfer and reduces the vibration and slop that can develop with worn dog bones when fitted correctly.

Included are two double-section CVDs and two M4 lock nuts, recorded as 2 pcs per item. The items are nominally finished to sit in the outer drive cups used on the XV-02 and XV01 platforms; always verify axle length and joint travel before final fitting. The supplier notes the original OEM option was 37mm, so pair these 39mm CVDs with matching dog bones for full travel.
