Adapter for front bulkhead and upper deck connection

This machined aluminum adapter provides a reliable junction between the front bulkhead and upper deck on supported 1/10-scale touring and drift chassis. It is intended as a replacement bracket or an aftermarket option to alter the deck position relative to the front bulkhead without changing the chassis type.

Fitting is simple for hobbyists experienced with RC chassis: remove the stock fasteners at the two mounting points, position the adapter against the mating faces, and secure using the original screws. Verify alignment before fully torquing to avoid creating preload on steering or suspension components.

As a tuning part the adapter changes local stiffness and deck height, which can influence chassis flex and handling. Choose it when repairing an OEM bracket or when experimenting with mounting geometry, and always inspect clearance for servos and steering linkages after installation.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The aluminum construction offers improved resistance to deformation versus plastic brackets, making it a good choice for repeated use and for repairing damaged OEM mounts.
Aluminum is generally corrosion resistant; if you run in wet or salty conditions, dry and inspect mating surfaces and screws periodically to maintain fit and finish.
Normal maintenance cycles should not degrade the fit. Use correct screw sizes and avoid over-torquing to preserve threads and ensure consistent alignment over time.
