Adaptation mount for 180SX-style drift bodies

This front body mount adapts DUNLOP with KOGUCHI POWER 180SX style shells to a conventional front mount arrangement, providing a controlled offset so the bonnet duct remains free. The component prioritizes tidy alignment and consistent fit when setting up drift bodies at model scale.

Fitting requires mounting the adapter to your stock front mount position, then transferring the offset hole location to the shell before cutting or drilling. The part serves as an interface element and is not intended to act as a primary structural item for the chassis.

Supplied as a single replacement accessory, the SD-DKPFB helps you refine shell positioning without modifying the chassis mounting hardware, keeping installations repeatable and reliable.

The SD-DKPFB is intended as an accessory interface for body shells rather than a load-bearing chassis part. It provides sufficient durability for body positioning and repeated fit checks during setup.
With careful handling and correct mounting, the adapter maintains its position across multiple shell fits. Always test-fit and avoid over-tightening to preserve the mounting geometry.
Mark the new hole using the adapter as a guide, then drill or trim gradually, checking alignment frequently to prevent excess material removal. Trial-fitting before final cutting is recommended.
