Steel 89T Spur Designed for ENDURO SENDERO

This 89-tooth spur is built for the ENDURO SENDERO Trail Truck and is identified as ES089TS. It is machined from hardened steel #45 and intended as a direct replacement to boost drivetrain torque without changing the motor pinion.

Install the spur next to the motor gear in the transmission and confirm proper mesh and backlash. Replacing the stock 87T with 89T produces a modest increase in low-speed pulling power and places slightly different loads on the driveline; check pinion mesh, set screws and bearings after the initial test run.

This component is suited for trail use and technical crawling when you want a tougher steel spur and a touch more low-speed grunt while preserving your existing gear ratio.

Packing includes

  • Spur Gear - 1pcs
Check the spur face width, bore diameter and surrounding clearances against the stock gear. Physical measurement is the best way to confirm compatibility.
The 89T increases low-speed torque slightly and may reduce top speed a small amount depending on pinion and motor, but no pinion change is required to see the torque effect.
Verify mesh, torque fasteners to spec, inspect bearings, and perform a brief run to settle components before full use.
