This part is a direct hop-up replacement for the Tamiya F201 1/10 racing chassis, sold under model TF201C-004. It connects the steering knuckle to the lower suspension and restores correct front alignment when the original block is worn or after component swaps.
Fitting is straightforward for those used to F201 service: remove the wheel and linkage, note the steering arm and shim layout, swap in the TF201C-004, and reassemble while verifying free movement and toe settings. Centre and trim the steering throw before track use.
In setup work the block helps maintain repeatable steering geometry and reduces play-related inconsistencies. Fit it to replace damaged parts, test steering roll changes after suspension tweaks, or keep alignment stable between runs.
