This alloy main chassis mount fits HPI Savage nitro off-road cars as a direct replacement for the factory plastic component. Crafted from aluminium alloy with a purple anodised coat, the part delivers a stronger metal mounting surface at the vehicle core.
Installation follows familiar Savage procedures: remove the old mount, align JR-CHP-SAV-001 to the chassis bosses and reuse the stock fasteners to secure it. The design is made to accept standard Savage 25 and related hardware and requires only common hex tools for installation.
As an upgrade part the mount helps control chassis movement and yields a repeatable mounting reference for suspension tuning and drivetrain alignment, while offering improved resistance to wear under routine use.
A metal replacement intended to give Savage owners a firmer mounting point for consistent setup and enhanced durability.
