Scale rear protector crafted for TAMIYA chassis

The JR-SRB01-BK rear protector is an aluminum replacement part intended for Tamiya Sand Scorcher and Buggy Champ chassis. It installs behind the body shell to limit impact and wear to the rear body sections during regular running.

Produced in a black anodized aluminum, the unit emphasizes fit and robustness rather than styling. It is intended for hobby-grade RC cars and serves as a practical accessory for maintaining or lightly tuning rear-end protection.

Confirm your chassis uses the standard Sand Scorcher or Buggy Champ rear mount arrangement. Compare hole spacing against the guard to ensure correct alignment.
The black anodized finish is standard, but slight shade differences can occur between production runs. The protective coating is applied for durability rather than purely cosmetic reasons.
Weight addition is modest; for most hobby use handling will be effectively unchanged. If you compete or fine-tune balance, re-evaluate setup after fitting.
Some chassis layouts may need spacers to achieve flush mounting. Inspect the mounting interface and source small spacers if alignment requires them.
