The JR-TA702-DB front C-hub carrier is crafted from aluminum for use on Tamiya TA07 and TB04 chassis. It functions as the mounting hub for the front upright and steering linkages, finished in a dark blue anodise to complement other hop-up parts.
Compatibility is limited to the stated TA07/TB04 platforms and the part is intended as a direct replacement for the stock carrier where the original mounting interfaces are retained. Typical service procedure: remove wheel and upright, unbolt the factory carrier, move bearings or bushings across, and attach the aluminium carrier to the bellcrank region of the chassis.
From a tuning perspective the aluminium carrier creates a firmer mounting point for steering and suspension pickup locations, which helps preserve alignment during setup and on-track use. Verify steering geometry and that servo linkages clear the new carrier before running.
Care advice: check the anodised surface and thread condition after heavy runs, re-tighten screws to recommended torque, and swap out any worn pins or bushings rather than forcing worn components to mate.
