Compact aluminium replacement for the CW-01 lower arm

This RC-scale front lower arm stabilizer mount is a metal replacement designed for the TAMIYA CW-01 chassis and supplied by JAZRIDER under model JR-LB03-DB. The blue aluminium part replaces the original plastic locating point to cut down flex and create a firmer link between the lower arm and the chassis.

Used as a tuning aid rather than an alteration to suspension geometry, the stiffer lower arm pivot reduces front-end movement and improves initial turn-in response. That results in a more consistent handling feel when making roll and anti-roll adjustments for on-road driving.

Fitting is simple: remove the stock plastic mount, move across any existing bushings or washers, and refit the aluminium mount to the CW-01 using the car's original screws. Standard hobby hand tools are all that is needed.
