BD-643F front pulley fitment and purpose

The Yokomo BD-643F is a 40T front one-way pulley made for BD5 and BD7 front one-way assemblies in RC cars. It replaces the original pulley to restore correct front drivetrain engagement characteristics and comes with basic fixing screws for installation.

Supplied as a single 40T pulley, this part is intended only for the model's front one-way/differential assembly and should not be associated with road vehicle components.

Installation guidance: remove the front one-way hub per your chassis manual, slide the BD-643F into position on the hub, secure using the included screws, then confirm the pulley spins freely and engages correctly before running the car. Do not over-torque the screws and ensure the directional orientation aligns with the one-way mechanism.
