The Yokomo YOKBM415S serves as a front steering block tailored to the Yokomo B-Max4 touring platform. As a replacement upright it integrates with the front suspension to let racers refresh worn components or trial different geometries during setup sessions.
To install, remove the front upright assembly, move over any reusable bearings and fasteners, seat the YOKBM415S into the hub carrier, then verify free movement of steering linkages. Recheck wheel alignment and steering centring once the car is back together before running.
In terms of setup the steering block works with toe, caster and ackermann adjustments, so swapping blocks is a tuning step that should be evaluated during iterative testing. Always inspect bearing surfaces and ball studs when changing uprights to ensure correct geometry for the B-Max4.
