Front suspension arm compatible with DRB and DIB

The Yokomo YOKTS2142 is an aluminium front suspension arm made for RC touring cars built on the DRB or DIB chassis. As an aftermarket replacement it provides a rigid mounting point for front suspension components and is supplied for hobbyist use only.

This part is a single-piece aluminium arm with a 1mm profile and black anodized surface. It installs into the front assembly to influence steering and roll characteristics; confirm fitment against your DRB or DIB front hub and mounting hardware prior to installation. Use this arm alongside existing suspension links to fine-tune toe and roll stiffness.

Fitting advice: inspect mounting pins and ball studs for any wear, make sure the arm orientation matches the hub carrier geometry, and tighten to the chassis maker's recommended torque. Apply threadlocker where metal-to-metal fasteners require it. This product is intended for 1/10 scale RC touring cars only.

Machined from aluminium and anodized, the arm offers improved rigidity over plastic replacements. It will show less flex under load but should be inspected after impacts.
The black anodized coating provides a protective surface but can mark under strong impacts; routine checks will help identify any cosmetic or functional damage early.
Anodizing helps resist corrosion, however prolonged exposure to water and dirt will require more frequent cleaning and maintenance to preserve fastener integrity.
Keep mating surfaces clean, inspect for bends or cracks after heavy use, and replace the arm if any structural damage is found. Reapply threadlocker where specified during reassembly.
