This RC-scale service case set is made for Futaba S9150 and S9154 servos, created to enable a straightforward housing replacement during maintenance. It concentrates on returning the external shell so the original servo internals remain usable where suitable.

Swap in this case set when the original shell shows cracks, stripped threads, or other damage from regular use. Prior to taking the servo apart, record horn position and connector orientation, remove the unit from the airframe or chassis, and secure all small screws. On reassembly, check that the neutral point and full travel run freely to avoid control issues.
