FUSG23 gear set for S23 servos

The Futaba FUSG23 servo gear set serves as a direct internal spare for Futaba S23 series servos and is supplied without retail packing. It is intended as an RC-scale service part to replace degraded gears and recover the servo's mechanical performance without replacing the whole unit.

Install this gear set to address gear play, backlash, or damaged teeth inside an S23 servo. The components re-establish correct gear engagement and the transmission path from the motor to the output spline, preserving expected centring and control behaviour in models.

Installation notes: disassemble on a clean bench, keep screws and shims organised and correctly oriented, and set gear mesh and endplay before sealing the case. Apply a small amount of gear grease only to mating faces, prevent grease from entering bearings, and cycle the gearbox slowly to check for smooth operation prior to reinstalling in the model.
