Type-B six-arm D6mm horn

The Futaba FUSHORN-B Type-B six-arm horn is built for RC enthusiasts who need multiple arm positions for precise linkage adjustment. Its D6mm spline matches Futaba standard servo outputs and provides several throw options without altering the servo internals.

This pack contains 4 identical six-arm horns and is sold without screws. Each arm position changes the lever length so you can quickly experiment with different throw settings. Always use screws and washers sized for your servo to protect the spline and horn from damage.

Fitting the horn is simple: remove the existing horn screw, align the D6mm spline to the servo shaft, set the servo to neutral, then tighten the screw (not supplied) while holding the horn in the preferred position. After fitting, confirm travel limits and adjust transmitter trim to prevent binding.

When tuning, a longer arm increases throw but reduces perceived torque, while a shorter arm reduces travel and makes the response feel stronger. The multiple arms let you swap ratios quickly between runs or bench tests.

Remove the current horn screw, line up the D6mm spline with the servo output, set the servo to neutral, place the horn, then tighten the screw gently. Check travel and trim before final torque.
Use screws that clear the horn without bottoming out inside the case. Preferred are the servo manufacturer's recommended lengths and thread form; avoid overly long fasteners that can contact internal components.
