Engineered aluminum wheels for consistent setup data

The HUDY 109380 kit contains four precision CNC-machined aluminum set-up wheels designed specifically for 1/10 touring car and FWD RC chassis. These wheels remove tyre diameter and roundness variables so chassis tweak and balance show clearly during setup checks.

Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 black anodized aluminum, the wheels are matched within the set to tight tolerances to ensure repeatable measurements run after run. Each wheel includes integrated nuts and is borne on ball-bearing supports to prevent wobble while the chassis is lifted or turned for inspection.

Use this set when precise detection of roll, ride height variance, or lateral tweak is required during suspension or steering adjustments. They serve as dedicated 1/10 scale setup aids rather than drive tyres.

How robust is the anodized finish under workshop use?

The black anodized surface provides good resistance to wear and corrosion, but heavy knocks can nick the finish; inspect after transport and handle with care.

Do the bearings need grease or service?

Periodic cleaning and light bearing maintenance will keep rotation smooth; avoid contaminating the bearing seats when handling.

Will the wheel-to-wheel matching stay within tolerance after repeated use?

The set is matched at manufacture, but repeated impacts or heavy wear can affect runout; inspect and rematch if you suspect variance.

Is any special storage recommended to protect the finish?

Store the wheels in a dry, padded container away from heavy tools to avoid scratches and preserve the anodized coating.
