Front bulkhead mount and gearbox support for YZ-2

The Z2-018M2A component functions as the gearbox support and front bulkhead mount that ships with the YZ-2DTMW lineup. Its reshaped profile is different from earlier versions and is intended to influence rear roll behavior on 1/10 on-road touring setups.

Used as an RC replacement part, it secures the gearbox and front bulkhead while serving as a tuning point. Changing the support geometry will alter how the rear end transfers load through the chassis in corners, helping to tune balance between front traction and rear rotation.

Fitment guidance: install this support in place of the factory unit on compatible YZ-2 variants; it mates to the existing front bulkhead mounting points and does not require any permanent changes to the main chassis. Assess handling with controlled test runs after installation.

Remark :

Remove the original gearbox support, align the Z2-018M2A with the front bulkhead mounting points, and secure using the existing hardware. No chassis trimming or drilling should be necessary.
Standard RC hand tools are sufficient: basic drivers and pliers for removal and refit. Work methodically and keep fasteners organised to ensure correct reassembly.
After installation, confirm all fasteners are tightened to the original locations and perform a few slow test laps to check for binding or unexpected handling changes before full-speed running.
