Main Drive Shaft Kit for Front and Rear

This kit supplies front and rear main drive shafts tailored to the GMADE R1 Rock Buggy, referenced as model GM237SAAM. The design couples robust steel sections with lighter aluminium interfaces to reduce rotating inertia while keeping key areas strong, and the pair of shafts covers both axle ends.

Length adjustability is provided so you can align shafts to your vehicle's axle and gearbox spacing. Front adjustment spans 122mm to 132mm and rear spans 105mm to 115mm, allowing for precise matching to R1 axle geometry when replacing plastic or worn metal parts.

Before fitting, verify the hub bore and coupling method on your hubs and transmission outputs. Fitting requires axle carrier access and secure fastening with compatible hex screws; inspect splines and bearings after initial runs to ensure correct seating.

Ideal for replacing worn shafts or tightening drivetrain flex on a GMADE R1, just match the lengths and coupling style for correct installation.

The shafts have the stated adjustable ranges; pick positions within 122mm-132mm front and 105mm-115mm rear to fit your axle spacing rather than cutting or machining.
They interface via common hub and transmission coupling methods but you should confirm bore diameter and coupling type on your aftermarket hubs before purchase.
The steel sections are placed where wear and torsion are highest, so these shafts are intended to be more durable than typical plastic originals for scale rock use.
