Aluminium front and rear link mount for the R1

This aluminium 1/10-scale link mount is designed for the Gmade R1 Rock Buggy and is delivered as a 2 pcs set. It locates at the front and rear axle link attachment points and is intended for tuning the chassis rather than replacing entire systems. The alloy part keeps the original link geometry while providing a more robust option than stock plastic mounts.

Installation on standard R1 axle link layouts is simple and uses the existing mounting points on the axle housing. In most cases no chassis modification is necessary. Always check alignment and pivot orientation before final tightening to ensure consistent handling.

During suspension setup, link mount position affects roll centre and anti-squat. Fitting an aluminium mount offers a stable pivot reference when testing sway bar settings, shock mount positions or articulation for serious rock crawling sessions.

Specifications

  • Item Gmade 1/10 R1 Rock Buggy Aluminium Front/Rear AXLE Link Mount - 2 pcs set
  • Material Aluminium
  • Model Number GM013AF/R
  • Compatibility Gmade R1 Rock Buggy

A good choice for hobbyists who want a metal link mount that preserves stock geometry while making suspension adjustments more repeatable.

The package contains two aluminium mounts, one for each axle link position.
It fits standard R1 axle link locations; custom axle housings or nonstandard setups may need checking before fitting.
The mount maintains existing pivot points, so ride height and articulation are controlled by link and shock settings rather than the mount itself.
