This replacement 135mm front L-shape piggy back internal damper is machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and is intended for use on the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform. A built-in piston allows tuning of the front suspension damping without major chassis modification.

Installation is aimed at the front damper mounts and follows standard removal and refit procedures for 1/7 scale desert racer shocks. Damping can be varied by altering the top spring retainer position and by rotating the red adjustment screw on the negative pressure oil cylinder to change spring and damper stiffness for different tracks.

This part is useful when you want a serviceable front shock upgrade that keeps piggy back oil volume while offering a tougher aluminium body and internal piston control. Units are supplied in pairs to replace both front dampers and are for RC application on compatible TRAXXAS chassis only.

Designed as a direct aftermarket front shock replacement for the specified TRAXXAS 1/7 racer, this damper brings aluminium construction and adjustable internal damping to help dial in front-end response for varied off-road runs.
