110mm Aluminium Internal Shock Upgrade

This 1/10 scale internal shock kit is supplied as a 1pr set and built by GPM for the Gmade R1 Rock Buggy under the model code GM110. The aluminium shock bodies replace the stock internal units while maintaining the R1 suspension layout for both front and rear positions.

Fitting these internal shocks means opening the shock casing to assemble or adjust damping components; the units use the R1's existing shock mounts and are intended to preserve original stroke lengths and mounting geometry.

In practice the aluminium construction gives a firmer housing that can improve consistency in damping response and support heat transfer during long runs. Damping results remain dependent on oil weight and piston configuration, so use these alongside your R1 shock tuning parts and oil choices.
