Precision flex blade extensions for small-scale SCX30 crawlers

These four CNC 7075-T6 aluminium flex blade extensions are made for AXIAL 1/30 SCX30 rock crawlers. They function as droop extensions to increase suspension droop while modestly lowering static ride height. Use them to fine tune axle articulation and improve low speed stability on technical lines.

How they fit and what changes to expect

Designed as direct RC suspension extensions for the specified AXIAL SCX30 models, the components provide greater droop travel than typical plastic blades and give a slight reduction in ride height. The altered link geometry can affect steering feel and weight transfer, so do incremental testing and setup checks after installation.

Installation notes and tuning advice

• Set of 4 pieces included for front and rear installation.
• They replace or attach at existing flex blade mounting points—confirm correct orientation and hardware engagement before fully tightening.
• After installation, inspect full suspension travel and steering clearance; retorque fasteners after a short test run.
• Tune step by step: change only one parameter at a time (blade length, shock oil, ballast) to isolate effects.
